Come celebrate Route 66 with us!! The Madison County Historical Society’s 2024 Dining-in-History will celebrate America’s Mother Road. This year’s event will be held at the Crystal Garden Banquet and Event Center, an event space that was once the site of Home Nursery, a long-time Route 66 business. The afternoon will begin with a social hour, followed by a meal catered by GC Cuisine, and a program on Route 66 presented by nationally recognized Route 66 historians Joe Sonderman and Cheryl Eichar Jett. After the program, there will be a book signing with Joe Sonderman, Cheryl Eichar Jett, and Jim Hinckley, prolific author, historian, and tour guide of Jim Hinckley's America, featuring some of the most popular book titles from these three authors.

Event will take place at Crystal Garden Banquet and Event Center, 1230 University Drive, Edwardsville, IL 62025
